Auto-claim of stake rewards then compounded restake and update or extension of stake duration after long period of (3-4 weeks) unclaimed rewards

Great idea…So instead of coming back to restake, it will automatically restake itself, cos a lot of people were not eligible for the reward that happened last week because they forgot to restake

Not really.

Basically what the new perpetual staking does is when you stake,your stake weight remains the same till you actively decide and click on the unstake button from then your stake weight start to decrease.

for example: using the previous staking method - Mr A staked 177 $WCT for 105 weeks ,his stake weight is 139$stwct, from the day he staked,is voting power decay’s or reduces every single day till his staked duration his elapsed, the only way for this not to happen is to increase either his stake duration or amount every week to maintain same voting power and rewards.

While with the new perpetual staking if Mr A staked 177$WCT for 105 weeks,his stake weight of 139$stwct stays the same throughout his staked duration till he actively clicks on the unstake button himself and his staked won’t immediately be unstake,it just means “I don’t want to stake again, start reducing my stake weight and get ready to pull my tokens from the staking pool at the end of my staked duration”.

It still doesn’t address auto restake or auto extend locked duration,

Auto restake is the best option for me.

Good idea. Every time I claim a reward, it’s pain having ETH deducated lol.

I think there is create 2 button one is Auto staking and 2nd is Manually staking. so if anyone what to select auto staking then there rewards will auto stake and if anyone just want to manually stake then they are select Manuall stake.

There is no button for auto stake
