I want to share my finding and india. Wallet connect should focus on india to expand there vertical. And my reason is

  1. India in last serval years adopted new Digital infrastructure UPI ditching the traditional player like VISA & MASTERCARD

  2. Youngest and biggest country with 1.5 billion people which adopt new tech and cryto universe is very popular among them

  3. India receive $130 billion + remittance from all around world wallet connect can play vital part in it.

  4. Fastest biggest economy of world and defi will big part in it

  5. There are lots of digital platforms so which a right partner with such a big market wouldn’t be a big issue

You r right but indian govt has very strict policy on crypto

Yes you are right. They don’t like people to gamble their life saving in pump dump coins but they welcome Crypto and blockchain network.
