How to publish a new proposal?

I would publish a new proposal but I can’t choose the ‘Proposal’ category when creating a new topic, because it’s read only.

So, how people can publish new proposals?

I think proposals only for admins

You can share you idea on ideas

gm - anyone can post a new proposal - on general! And then our founder Pedro as the head of the council can move it for the proposal stage
