Help to transfer to another wallet

I was wondering if anyone out there can help a “novice”. I have nearly 18k LUSD on the Coinbase cold wallet. I also understand that this is a non-custodial wallet When withdrawing funds I was told by my broker that I needed 4 BNBs. After paying for this on crypto.com I could not withdraw my funds because apparently I had to swap my BNBs for a crypto that Coinbase accepts.

When I finally got things together I received the message that because of the time lapsed my BNBs have been converted to LUSDs.

I need help to transfer my wallet to a different wallet so that I can withdraw my funds. Is this something that anyone can assist me with?

If not can please point me in the right direction?

PS I now fully understand the UK’s financial Ombudsman position about being cautious in this field. It can be very confusing and difficult for novices—not just because of market volatility but also acquainting oneself with the different scenarios.

Definitely reach out to the crypto.com support team explaining just as you have on here, I’m sure they’d have it resolved for you much more smoothly than anybody else would. Another advice, do not share information about your wallet with anybody

Something doesn;t sound right i would research what they are requesting and why such requests are being made…GL

Hey Sir,

Did you solve the Problem? By the way, Change the Exchange. Iam using Bitget for years now and when There is a Problem, the Support is 24/7 and very professionelle!
You can do There spot-, copy-, futuretrading and the bg-wallet is very good and easy to use at minimal fees (you can use any Wallet).

As i saw the Crypto.com Exchange, i missed a professionelle and intuive how-to-use, when you compare this with Bitget or binance, you think you are on one other Planet :wink:
